ทันทีที่ iOS7 เปิดให้ผู้ใช้ได้อัพเดทกันได้ไม่ถึงวัน ก็มีรายงานข่าวพบข้อบกพร่อง หรือบั๊กในการทำงานของโอเอสตัวนี้แล้วค่ะ ประเด็นที่น่าสนใจก็คือ ปัญหาที่พบว่ากันตั้งแต่เปิดเครื่องขึ้นทำงานกันเลยทีเดียว
ตามรายงานข่าวอ้างว่า iOS7 มีช่องโหว่ที่ทำให้ผู้ใช้สามารถกระโดดข้ามขั้นตอนการล็อคหน้าจอด้วยรหัสผ่าน (passcode) โดยใช้การลากนิ้วร่วมกับการกดปุ่ม Home ในคลิปวิดีโอสาธิตการใช้ช่องโหว่ดังกล่าวของ iOS7 ที่ถูกเผยแพร่โดย Jose Rodriguez อาจจะดูไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะทำได้ แต่แหล่งข่าวอย่าง Forbes ยืนยันว่ามันใช้งานได้จริง โดยผู้ทดสอบข้อผิดพลาดนี้บน iPhone 5 ที่อัพเกรดเป็น iOS7 เรียบร้อยแล้ว นอกจากคลิปแฉบั๊ก “กระโดดข้ามล็อคสกรีน” จะมีการสาธิตบน iPhone แล้ว ยังมีการทดลองบน iPad ด้วย
อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังไม่ชัดเจนว่า ข้อผิดพลาดในการข้ามผ่านล็อคสกรีนนี้จะสามารถใช้ได้กับ iPhone 5S และ 5C ที่เพิ่งเปิดตัวกันไปได้ หรือไม่ แต่ผู้เผยแพร่คลิปคาดว่า มันน่าจะใช้แฮกได้เหมือนกัน ทั้งนี้ทาง Apple ได้รับทราบข่าวบั๊กนี้แล้ว พร้อมทั้งยืนยันว่า ทางบริษัทจะแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดนี้ และส่งอัพเดทให้กับผู้ใช้ค่ะ แต่ไม่ได้บอกว่าจะออกอัพเดทให้ได้เมื่อไรนะคะ สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่อัพเกรดเป็น iOS7 แล้ว ตามรายงานข่าวระบุว่า เพื่อนๆ สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้ด้วยการยกเลิก (disable) การทำงานของ Command Center ไม่ให้ปรากฎที่หน้าล็อคสกรีน (เข้าไปที่ Settings เลือก Control Center แล้วยกเลิก “Access on Lock Screen”) ว่าแต่นี่มัน Bug is a feature หรือเปล่าเนี่ย
